Referencing & Credit Checks – A refundable holding deposit is required, to reserve the property, check affordability and to screen your credit file. References from your employer and landlord are sought.
In accordance with the Immigration Act 2014 - It is a legal requirement for all applicants to be subject to a “Right to Rent” check, which involves checking and copying originals of your passport and immigration documents in the presence of you, the holder.
Agree your proposed move-in date – before we can start the referencing process we need you to confirm your desired move-in date. This is the date your tenancy will start, subject to successful referencing.
Payment of rent and deposit. Your first rent and deposit needs to be paid to the Company via bank transfer at least 3 working days before your move-in date.
Sign your contract - with your guarantor (if any).
Set-up a Standing Order so that monthly rental payments are automatically sent on the 3rd or 18th of each month.
