TENANTS

TENANCY APPLICATION PAYMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

No Tenant fees are charged

PERMITTED CHARGES

1. Holding Deposit equal to 1 weeks' rent prior to referencing

2. Rent Deposit equal to 5 weeks' rent against which the 1 weeks holding deposit will be offset.

3. Rent

4. The Deposit may be forfeit in its entirety if the Tenant ends the Tenancy without the statutory notice being given. This includes the situation where the Tenant, having signed for the Tenancy fails to take up the Tenancy.

5. Variations to the Agreement removing or adding parties or for early vacation of said premises £50.00

6. Replacement of lost keys at reasonable cost

7. Arrears chargeable at 3% over bank base after 14 days arrears.

Prior to commencement of the tenancy, cleared funds must be provided to cover the deposit balance and rent for the first period.

These funds must be electronically transmitted to the designated account in advance of the proposed move-in date.
