TENANCY APPLICATION PAYMENTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

A holding deposit equal to 1 weeks’ rent is taken

This can be refunded or added to the first rent if the tenant permits this.

The holding deposit may be forfeit in these circumstances;

  1. If the tenancy applicant pulls-out or fails to sign and start the tenancy within 15 calendar days.

  2. If the applicant fails the “Right to Rent” check

  3. If false or inaccurate information is provided for referencing.

  4. If the 15 calendar day deadline for signature and start of the Agreement is not adhered to.

Prior to commencement of the tenancy, cleared funds must be provided to cover the deposit and rent for the first period.

The deposit will be equal to 5 weeks’ rent.

These funds must be electronically transmitted to the designated account in advance of the proposed move-in date.
